Faye Cheung, PhD
CTO & Co-founder
Faye has spent her career applying AI to solve complex problems, from exploring the fundamental nature of matter and antimatter at the Large Hadron Collider in Switzerland to leading global machine learning programs at JPMorgan Chase. But it was a personal connection to mental health that sparked her desire to build technology that supports people in meaningful, compassionate ways. With a PhD in Particle Physics from the University of Oxford and a decade of experience in data science and AI, she now leads Mindframe’s technical vision, making sure that everything they build is not just innovative, but grounded in empathy, integrity and impact.

She's led product development across patient engagement, care navigation, and service optimization - building tools used by patients, clinicians, and administrators. With degrees in Electronic Engineering, and a PhD in Human-Computer Interaction from Oxford University, Anna's work has centered on designing technical systems that enhance how people collaborate and communicate. Personal experience drives her conviction that good mental health underpins all health - and that technology can make a real difference.
